The lion and the mouse
Story:
Once a lion was sleeping under a shady tree. A mouse lived in a hole nearby.The mouse came out and began to run over the body of the lion. The lion woke up. He was very angry. He caught the mouse in his paw and was ready to kill it.
The mouse begged pardon and requested the lion to set him free. The lion laughed and took pity. He set him free. After a few days the same lion was caught in a hunter's net.
He tried his best but could not free himself. He began to roar. The mouse heard his cries and came to his help. It began to cut the net with its sharp teeth.
Soon the lion was set free. He thanked the mouse for its kindness.
